This year we traveled to West Liberty, Ohio to be with my family. The weather was very cold, but no snow. Curtis always enjoys going hunting, but this year didn't have very good luck finding that perfect one to hang on the wall! He still went faithfully everyday. For a few days Landon and Gracie got to be together before she and her mom headed back to Florida. They played so good together. Gracie is potty training....and Landon.....he just thinks its cool that she can sit on the potty. (We're not even close!!!) As you can see in the pictures I got to see Molly for the first time since I sent her to live with my mom. She is still as beautiful, but half her size. She loves to go play outside and hates to come inside. I got lots of love from her while I was there. I know she remembered us because when we got there she wouldn't stop licking and stiffing me. It was like she saying, "Is this really who I think it is? Is that Landon? Man....he got big!" I love her!!! Christmas was great for Landon. He loves anything that has a steering wheel. We got him lots of trucks, drum set, bath toys, sing along Elmo, tool set, and a (fake) gun. Curtis has been begging me to let him get a pellet gun for months. So I got him one for Christmas along with Rosetta Stone to learn Spanish. He has it in his mind he will learn Spanish this year.......He hasn't glanced at it once. We'll see!!!

The Polar Express
This year we decided to take all the boys (Landon, Jax, Brodyn, and Dredyn) to ride the Polar Express. They got to ride on the train as they drank hot chocolate, ate chocolate chip cookies, sang with the Christmas elves, met Santa and Mrs. Claus and rang their Christmas bells. The kids really enjoyed themselves. The parents, well, we enjoyed it for the kids. Towards the end we noticed Landon was wet. I took off his pajamas to change his diaper and noticed that he had pooped all over his clothes. Sadly, we had to take off his clothes, wrap him up in our coats and rush to the car when the train ride was over. I felt terrible for him, but what can you do?
Thanksgiving in Driggs, Idaho with the Petersen's
This year for Thanksgiving we went along with the Petersen family to Driggs, Idaho. We had a blast. The weather was great....well it was cold but not snowing. We brought a four wheeler for the kids to enjoy and I think the men had just as much fun with it. The cabin we stayed in was beautiful and we enjoyed each other's company, too. Landon came down with a double ear infection and croup on the day before Thanksgiving. So as it turned out we took him to the ER on Thanksgiving night. No worries.....he's made a full recovery.
