Landon William Petersen was born 5/5/08 at 2:53a.m. He weighed 5lbs 6oz and was 18 1/2 inches long. As you can see, he looks just like his daddy. Landon was born a five weeks premature. He was born with an infection in his lungs that cause pnuemothorax (holes in the lungs). As soon as he was delivered the doctors and nurses took him to the NICU. We were not able to hold him, which broke our hearts the most. Curtis stayed by his side throughout the night and I was able to join him later that morning. He was struggling so hard to breath and it broke our hearts to watch him fail at his attempts. He is a very strong little boy and he changes everyday at the hospital.
